A corporate quiz

I thought I'd make a mini quiz to see how corporate logos match up against religious symbols, I'll be posting it on here for everyone to do, as well as asking others.
So here goes; first name these 12 corporations from their logos:

Now name these 7 religious symbols:

  2. So far 4 people have been able to name at least 10 corporations, but only 2-3 religions

Are corporations becoming the new religions?

  3. So why is it that corporations (not even the most successful ones) are more known then religions?
Aren't religions more important? or culturally are corporations higher up with consumerism taking priority?
Maybe it's just that corporations are advertised on a wider scale, whereas in a predominantly christian country, only the cross is instantly recognised and the others are not seen outside of school?

  6. 12/12 and 6/7
    Not bad :)

I suppose it is that different religious symbolism is deeply embedded in certain cultures whereas corporations are part of mass culture.
    Shame really.

  7. i know all of the brand logos. Religions however, i know many names but can't make a link to their symbols. This has just struck me how mad this is!!!

Religions are meaningful, lifestyles, rules, historic, worshiped and i only know the places where i can change a car tyre or consume a cold fizzy can when I'm thirsty...

    I'm honestly flabbergasted!!!!

    Madness
